4. Merchandise Returns – Clothing

  • You have the right to return items within 14 calendar days of receiving them, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

  • Faulty goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
