4. Merchandise Returns – Clothing

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and UK distance selling regulations:

You have the right to return items within 14 calendar days of receiving them, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at merchandise@blattmanpresents.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
